We believe that we do everything to keep hosting
costs down. But in the event that a Kreative Hosting Solutions'
customer is late we do have a fee schedule we go by when reinstating
your account.
Please understand that if your account with Kreative
Hosting Solutions is terminated you will need to pay the hosting
fees due for the month(s) that were not paid and the fees before
we'll host your domain again.
Furthermore, once a hosting account is
terminated we do not have any information, files, etc. that were
stored on the hosting account. If a customer does not have a backup
of their site and their account is terminated, that is at loss to
the customer, not Kreative Hosting Solutions.

Normal Hosting Fees + $10.00 USD
You will be required to
pay your normal monthly fee for your hosting account
with an additional $10.00 for being late on your account.

| Suspended Account |
Hosting Fees + 2x's Normal Payment
+ $20.00 USD
You will be required to
pay your normal hosting fees that became past due, 2
months worth of hosting in advance plus an additional
$20.00 USD. All due and payable before the customer is
granted access to hosted account.

Hosting Fees + 6 Months In Advance
+ $35.00 USD
If you wish to host
with Kreative Hosting Solutions after having a
terminated account will be required to pay your past due
hosting fees, 6 months of hosting in advance, and $35.00
in fees before a new hosting account is setup for you. |
